fantastic stay!

comfortable bedsgood linenfluffy towelssmart tv
i found the staff really helpful and friendly. they were always smiling, which i loved! our beds were so comfortable with good linen, fluffy towels, and a large shower. the big smart tv was also a great touch (netflix nights!). i really enjoyed my time here.
The pillows were not the best quality. I'm sure they would have been sorted if i had mentioned it, but i didn't want to bother anyone.
Dining
9/10
I saw that the breakfast had a big selection. It included a full irish breakfast and fruits. there were also desserts, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available. i especially liked the orange juice.
Service

the building is brand new with a modern design, i really liked that. there is also good access to a nearby parking station. it's convenient if you're driving (i wasn't, but i noticed it).
Location
10/10
i found the location superb as it is right beside the train station. it also is walking distance to everything in the city. this made exploring easy and quick.
Rooms
9/10
Our room was spacious, nice and neat on the top floor. It was a double aspect room. although the view wasn't picturesque, it was acceptable (some regeneration is undergoing currently). the room had everything i needed.

The breakfast selection was amazing!!! i loved the waffles. They were so easy to make and tasty. my room had a great view and included tea making facilities. the room also had soft facecloths and towels.
the room we had was very small. moving around with two adults and two children was difficult. we couldn't open the window, and the air-conditioning didn't work well. the room temperature was either too hot or too cold.

fantastic stay!

convenient locationthoughtful touchcity centregrand central station
i found the location quite convenient. it was close to the city centre, and the proximity to grand central station proved beneficial. a thoughtful touch was the provision of umbrellas near the front door, available for a small fee for a specified duration. i definitely made use of this feature.
The breakfast area got a bit crowded. There was a short wait for certain items.
